Celebrating Our Caregivers

At AYS, caregiver appreciation is more than a once-a-year event — it’s part of our culture every day. During a recent appreciation event, our team shared anonymous notes recognizing the kindness, patience, encouragement, and dedication they see in one another. These messages are a reflection of the supportive environment we work hard to create for both our staff and the families we serve.

We’ve also added photos from that event as well as our most recent Christmas party where we honored our caregivers by giving them well-deserved bonuses. We genuinely enjoy celebrating these very special people!
