Honoring Those Who Served With Care That Serves Back

At Your Service Home Care is proud to support our local veterans (or their surviving spouses) through compassionate, in-home care services. As an approved provider for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), we partner with the Homemaker and Home Health Aide Care program to deliver non-medical support that helps eligible veterans remain safely and comfortably at home.

What is the VA Homemaker and Home Health Aide Care Program?

This VA program provides non-medical personal care to veterans who need assistance with activities of daily living. Services are provided in the veteran’s home and are arranged through their VA primary care team. These services can be short-term or long-term, depending on the level of care needed.

Services may include:

  • Bathing and dressing assistance

  • Personal hygiene and mobility support

  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Companionship and safety monitoring

  • Medication reminders and wellness checks

At Your Service Home Care is honored to provide these services in partnership with local VA offices and support teams.

Who Is Eligible?

Veterans enrolled in VA health care (or their surviving spouses) who require assistance with daily living activities may qualify. A VA social worker or primary care provider will help determine eligibility based on care needs and service availability.

How to Get Started

If you’re a veteran, surviving spouse of a veteran, or family member interested in this program, talk to your VA primary care provider or social worker about the Homemaker and Home Health Aide Care program.
